Do you limit the vendors that your clients can order from?

BioProcure will never limit your vendor options. Clients are free to order from whomever they choose.

What if our negotiated pricing is lower than BioProcure's negotiated pricing?

We have established so many great relationships with vendors since we opened our doors in 2007, and our ever-expanding client base allows us to leverage spend to incur additional discounts. We also understand that there are circumstances when your company’s negotiated price is a better deal than what we can get for you. No problem! You will always receive the lowest negotiated pricing, whether through us or through your own company’s negotiating power.

I see that you offer accounts payable support services. Are you able to submit payments on our behalf?

BioProcure offers AP Support Services which include completing the three-way match, invoice reconciliation, voucher creation, and assistance with obtaining credits. We are not authorized to submit payments on behalf of our clients.

How long is your contract term?

The BioProcure service contract is month to month. If for any reason you are not happy with our services, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

Are you SOC compliant?

Yes! BioProcure maintains a current SOC 1 Type 2 certificate. A bridge letter is available upon request.
