Eric Meizlish joined Prendio-BioProcure as CEO in January 2024, bringing experience as a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, and investor in technology-enabled businesses. He is a co-founder of Lumere, a leading software and clinical analytics business for hospitals and health systems, and served as its President and Chief Strategy Officer until its acquisition by GHX.

Nick Day joined the BioProcure team in 2021 and has made considerable contributions toward BioProcure’s growth and success, utilizing his extensive background in financial leadership and scaling organizations to ensure that the company’s trajectory continues in an exciting direction.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Rens Methratta is Prendio’s Chief Technology Officer. He’s responsible for managing and developing the engineering team that builds the Prendio product.
Rens is a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys digging in to solve problems and building teams that are empowered to build the best product possible. Prior to his role at Prendio, Rens worked as an engineering leader for multiple startups and consultancies where he built and led engineering teams and served in leadership capacities to define product offerings and product roadmaps.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Tyler Mizenko, Chief Revenue Officer at BioProcure, leads global sales strategy and partnerships, helping scale the company's efforts with life science suppliers and venture firms.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tim Lyden joined Prendio-BioProcure as Chief Operating Officer, building on two decades of leadership roles in healthcare and life sciences. Most recently, Tim served as the leader of Ginkgo Bioworks’ US-based Biosecurity portfolio, where he worked with the CDC and state Departments of Health on biomonitoring for pandemic early detection. In addition, his prior experience includes leadership roles at Decision Resources Group and Oliver Wyman, as well as serving as an Officer in the United States Navy. His deep expertise in the pharma and biotech industries will drive operational excellence at Prendio-BioProcure.

Micah Litow joined Prendio-BioProcure as Chief Product and Solutions Officer, bringing a unique blend of engineering, product, sales, and marketing experience accumulated over the past 20 years in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
VP OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Lindsey Alves joined the Prendio & BioProcure team in February 2024, as the VP of Customer Success. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her background in early-stage, post-acquisition, and publicly traded corporations, where she has overseen various aspects of business from implementation, support, customer health, revenue retention, renewal, upselling, and value delivery.
VP of Data Analytics
As Vice President of Data Analytics, Mike Doerner brings extensive experience in building robust data capabilities within growing organizations specifically within Supply Chain and Procurement. Most recently, Mike served as Vice President of Data at PartsSource and Executive Director of Enterprise Data Management at GHX. Prior to GHX, he led data operations and engineering at Lumere, where he created innovative data processes and categorization techniques. Mike’s expertise in data strategy, team building, and analytics, particularly within health science technology and business sectors, will be vital in advancing data-driven solutions at Prendio-BioProcure.

BioProcure Board Member and CofounderLaura Stack got her start in the tech field at Wang Laboratories in 1983. As a serial entrepreneur, Laura has founded and co-founded multiple organizations in the business services, technology and security sectors, and is an active partner at Prendio, a Boston-area software company with global reach. Her role at BioProcure includes driving high level strategy and operations decisions and structuring the growing company to align with the leadership team’s vision for the future.
BOARD MEMBER AND COFOUNDER
Board Member and Cofounder Vincent Bologna was born in Sicily and immigrated to the United States in 1975. He served in the US Navy as an electrician before accepting a job at Biogen in 1990. During his time at Biogen he held many positions, eventually working his way up to Procurement Department Manager.
