VP OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Lindsey Alves joined the Prendio & BioProcure team in February 2024, as the VP of Customer Success. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her background in early-stage, post-acquisition, and publicly traded corporations, where she has overseen various aspects of business from implementation, support, customer health, revenue retention, renewal, upselling, and value delivery. She is deeply committed to nurturing relationships and employs a data-driven approach to customer experience.

Prior to joining BioProcure/Prendio, Lindsey led a Customer Success division at Kalderos, operating in the drug management space and supporting a diverse client base, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, covered entities, and payers. Lindsey has also served in leadership roles at Tempus Labs, Wolters Kluwer Health, Emmi, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and three kids. Lindsey is a proud graduate of Boston University.
